  • 120g plain flour
  • 40g Kinetica Vanilla Plant protein
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300ml unsweetened non dairy milk of choice; or water
  • Peanut butter, berries, toasted seeds, and maple syrup or brown rice syrup to serve

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

2. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

3. Heat a large pan and lightly grease with spray oil.

4. Pour approximately 60ml / ¼ cup of batter per pancake into the pan.

5. Allow to cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for 1 - 2 minutes more.

6. Serve stacked and topped with peanut butter, berries, toasted seeds, and liquid sweetener of choice.
