How do I sign up for a subscription?
To become a subscriber, choose autoship on the product page or change to autoship & save 10% in your cart when placing your order. All of your subscriber benefits will apply for as long as you have an active subscription.
What can I change within my subscription?
You can change product flavour, change size, add products to your subscription or swap products, skip your next delivery, reschedule your next shipment and more. You can manage all this by logging into your account.
How does my subscription work?
When you sign up for a subscription, your order will automatically be fulfilled at your chosen frequency unless you decide to cancel your subscription.
Do I need an account to sign up & manage my subscription? How do I create one?
Once you place an order, an account is automatically created for you. To login and manage your subscription, you will simply need the correct email address and a code will be emailed to you each time you wish to log into verify that it’s your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and clicking on managemy subscriptions. If you’re having issues cancelling your subscription please contact us onsalesorders@kinetica-sports.com and we can help out.
What are subscription rules during seasonal promotions?
During the year we may run seasonal promotional offers. During this period, there will be no additional incentive for customers to sign up for a subscription for the duration of the sales period, i.e. if you purchase a subscription during the sale period you will not be able to take advantage of an additional 10% off on top of offer. Any offers during a sale period apply to first subscription only, and your subscription will return to standard 10% off offer each order thereafter.
When will my next subscription order be delivered?
This depends on the frequency you have selected. Your order will ship at chosen frequency from when you place original order. You will also receive a notification 5 days before your order occurs. You can also check your delivery date in your account. If you need to move or reschedule this, you can do so through your account. You can login here.
How do I process an order early?
Go to accounts > Manage Subscriptions > View Upcoming Orders > Edit > and click on Send Now or Reschedule to preferred date.
How do I delay my next delivery?
Go to accounts > Manage Subscriptions > View upcoming orders > Edit / Skip.
Can I skip my next delivery?
Go to accounts > Manage Subscriptions > View upcoming orders > Edit / Skip.
Can I add items as a once off?
Go to accounts > Manage Subscriptions > View upcoming orders > Edit > Scroll down and choose from recommended products or browse all products to add desired products. On pop-up screen choose between one time only add on or as a recurring subscription. Click add to order to confirm.
How do I update the shipping address?
Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > Address & payment details to update your details.
How do I update payment information?
Go to accounts > Manage subscriptions > Address & Payment details > Manage payment methods & click on edit card details.
