- There is a limit on customers’ orders during sales period to a total value of £300 (including discounts). We reserve the right to refund any customers who place orders with a total combined value above this limit.
- For early access customers, we are providing a free gift on order over £100 which is available from Tuesday 25th – Wednesday 26th November 2025. We shall only provide one free gift per customer within a 24-hour window. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund any customers who place more than one order in a 24-hour window to avail of multiple free gifts. The free gift is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change the free gift for an alternative gift. No cash alternatives are available.
