High Protein Berry & Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 125ml oat or coconut milk, unsweetened
- 200g frozen raspberries or mixed berries
- 100g banana (frozen or fresh and ripe)
- 1 scoop Kinetica Vanilla Plant Protein
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
- Toppings of choice

Method
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.
2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
3. Top with toasted seeds, fresh raspberries, some peanut butter and cacao nibs if desired.
