Now working full-time as a performance dietitian, she brings years of expertise to support the active and everyday individuals to help them unlock their potential through evidence-based nutrition & coaching skills. Eva has worked with high-performance teams, such as the Dublin Senior Hurlers, as well as with corporate clients. Known for crafting personalised, practical nutrition strategies, she helps athletes and individuals improve their energy, recovery, and performance. What is your top nutritional tip?

My top nutrition tip is to nail the basics consistently. Focus on a balanced intake of whole foods, hydrate well, prioritise regular meal timing, and eat enough protein, fiber, and fruit and veg daily. When you get the foundations right and keep them steady over time, you build a strong base for long-term health, energy, and performance, without needing to chase the 'magic pill'.
