Ingredients

2 scoops of Kinetica Vanilla or Banana Whey Protein

2 scoops of Kinetica Creatine

300ml milk of choice

100g jumbo oats
-
2 tbsp whole chia seeds

80g 0% fat Greek yogurt

Peanut Butter, Berries and PB Protein Granola to serve
Directions
1. Mix the Kinetica whey protein, creatine and milk together in a shaker or blender.
2. Add the oats, chia seeds and creatine mixture to a large bowl or jug. Mix and place into the fridge overnight.
3. Serve the oats topped with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, berries and some protein granola for a bit of crunch!
