Delicious Kinetica Chocolate Protein, Banana chunks, cacao powder & the all
important not-so-secret ingredient , Creatine! ⚡️

Ideal for a quick breakfast, snack or post workout shake!


1 scoop Kinetica Chocolate Whey or Lean Active Chocolate Protein
2 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
150g frozen banana chunks
60g plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp milled chia or flaxseed
150 - 200ml milk of choice
1 scoop of 100% Creatine


Blend together all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Start with 150ml of milk and add more if necessary to reach desired consistency.
