125ml oat or coconut milk, unsweetened

200g frozen raspberries or mixed berries

100g banana (frozen or fresh and ripe)

1 scoop Kinetica Vanilla Plant Protein

1 tbsp milled flaxseed

1 tbsp smooth peanut butter or almond butter (optional)

Toppings of choice
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.
2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
3. Top with toasted seeds, fresh raspberries, some peanut butter and cacao nibs if desired.
