High Protein Berry & Vanilla Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

 

  • 125ml oat or coconut milk, unsweetened

  • 200g frozen raspberries or mixed berries

  • 100g banana (frozen or fresh and ripe)

  • 1 scoop Kinetica Vanilla Plant Protein

  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter or almond butter (optional)

  • Toppings of choice

 

Directions

 

1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.

2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.

3. Top with toasted seeds, fresh raspberries, some peanut butter and cacao nibs if desired.
