Dalgona Protein Coffee

For the Protein Milk Base


  • 125ml cold milk of choice*
  • 1 scoop Kinetica Unflavoured Whey Protein
  • 150ml hot water or warm milk of choice


For the Dalgona Whip


  • 1 - 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp boiling water




1. Add milk and protein to a shaker to combine or you can combine the too in a blender or jug using a hand blender.

2. Whisk together the coffee powder, caster sugar and boiling water with an electric whisk or with electric beaters until fluffy! This will take 4 -5 minutes.

3. Add protein milk to warm milk or hot water; or you can use more cold milk of choice.

4. Pour into a tall glass. Top with coffee whip. Sprinkle with some cacao nibs and unsweetened coconut if desired. Grab a straw or long handled spoon, swirl, and slurp!



*You can use all cold milk and have an iced coffee, or mix the protein with the cold milk and add to warm milk for a warm / hot coffee
