High protein, source of energy, post workout snack to help you recover quickly, on the go healthy snack, fuller for longer
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized ripe banana
- 1 scoop of Kinetica Chocolate Whey Protein
- 200ml milk of choice
- 1 -2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or in a jug using a hand held mixer. As the banana isn’t frozen this is easily achieved!
- Serve as is or with granola on top to swirl through.
- Enjoy!
