Simple Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Recovery Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of Kinetica Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 200ml milk of choice
  • 1 -2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

 

Directions

 

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or in a jug using a hand held mixer. As the banana isn’t frozen this is easily achieved!
  2. Serve as is or with granola on top to swirl through.
  3. Enjoy!
