Ingredients

 

  • 1 scoop Kinetica Chocolate Whey or Lean Active Chocolate Protein
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 150g frozen banana chunks
  • 60g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp milled chia or flaxseed
  • 150 - 200ml milk of choice

 

Directions

 

Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Start with 150ml of milk and add more if necessary to reach desired consistency.
