Ingredients

 

  • 1 -1.5 scoops Kinetica Vanilla Protein
  • 120g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 60 - 120ml milk of choice
  • 200g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp milled chia or flax seeds

 

Directions

 

Blend together all ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender. Add as much milk as you need to reach your preferred consistency.
