150g frozen banana chunks

100g frozen mango chunks

2 tbsp peanut flour / peanut butter powder

1 scoop Kinetica Banana Whey Protein

100 - 150ml milk of choice
Directions

Blend together ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. I actually prefer a food processor to create a super thick and fluffy smoothie bowl consistency without having to push down the ingredients or add too much liquid.

Serve topped with peanut butter, banana slices, cacao nibs and coconut flakes if desired.
