Banana Mango Protein Smoothie Bowl

Serving - 1  




  • 150g frozen banana chunks

  • 100g frozen mango chunks

  • 2 tbsp peanut flour / peanut butter powder

  • 1 scoop Kinetica Banana Whey Protein

  • 100 - 150ml milk of choice




  • Blend together ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. I actually prefer a food processor to create a super thick and fluffy smoothie bowl consistency without having to push down the ingredients or add too much liquid.

  • Serve topped with peanut butter, banana slices, cacao nibs and coconut flakes if desired.
